For your convenience, we offer Ground shipping at a flat rate of $5.95 for orders up to $99.99. If your order is $100 or more, shipping is on us. Delivery rates only apply to merchandise shipped within the contiguous U.S. Orders outside the contiguous U.S. cannot be accepted at this time. We process orders Monday thru Friday until 2 p.m. CST except on holidays - this also includes online gift cards.
Items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Production time varies from vendor to vendor and is contingent on availability. Rush delivery is NOT available. Delivery times vary from 1 week to 7 weeks. Please refer to product description for detailed shipping time. We use UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and in some cases United States Postal Service (USPS). If you would like your order processed the same day you order, your items must be purchased online before 2:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday). We do not process orders on the weekends. We will then have the items shipped as soon as possible
If you order 2 or more items, you may receive multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
We will ship most orders for a flat rate of $5.95! This special rate only applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
What about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Addresses (APO/FPO), and internationally?
We are currently not set up to ship to these addresses. Please check back with us, we are setting up functionality for shipping to these addresses and expect to launch in early 2010.
Couches and sofas must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Because such items are larger and heavier, they can only be sent via ground freight.
When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. If damage did occur follow these steps:
Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records.
