If you are not completely satisfied with your TeamGiftPlanet.com (SportsWired) purchase or gift for any reason, please email us with the following information:

You may request store credit, refund or exchange. Shipping and Handling charges are not subject for refund. Merchandise must be in new condition, and apparel must have all tags attached and must not be worn.
If you are requesting Merchandise Credit, a friendly representative will email you with a credit coupon, along with instructions for using it online.
If you are requesting a Refund, you will be issued a credit for the product amount. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund.
If you need an exchange immediately, we recommend you reorder the exchange online and return the unwanted merchandise for a refund. Exchanges are subject to a $5.95 shipping charge.
ATTENTION: Please DO NOT return an item without emailing us the above information. We need the information above to give you the correct address to return your item(s). We will contact you within 24-48 hours and give you the proper instructions and the correct address where to send your return!
