Using the Shopping Cart
When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" icon next to the item. The item will appear in your shopping cart and you will be taken to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart. You can also change and update the quantity of each item you've selected and remove items, if you want. From your cart, you can either check out or continue to shop.
How Do I Place an Order?
It's easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the "Quantity" box and then click the "Add to Cart" icon. This will take you to the Shopping Cart page, where you can view all the items you have added to your shopping cart. On this page, you have three options to choose from. (1) You can click the "Continue Shopping" button if you wish to continue shopping (2) You can click on the "Update Shopping Cart" button if you have changed the quantity of items in your shopping cart or removed a product, or (3) You can click on the "Checkout" button when you are ready to complete your order.
Upon checking out, you will be taken to a Sign In page. Here, you can Sign In if you already have an account with us (you are an existing customer), or you can create a new account (you are a new customer). When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, click on the "Confirm Order" button. After inputting your credit card information or choosing fax/snail mail and clicking on "Complete Order", your order will be finished with the Checkout process. A confirmation email will be sent promptly, and included will be your order number and tracking information.

Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Money Orders. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
All TeamGiftPlanet.com (SportsWired) orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server and are guaranteed for safety. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with TeamGiftPlanet.com (SportsWired), please email or call (479) 344-6038 as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Catalog Requests
SportsWired does not create paper bound catalogs. Why not? Our inventory changes so rapidly with New Merchandise and sales promotions that a catalog would be out of date before our customers received them in the mail. Our website is an online catalog. You can also be kept current on our New Merchandise and sales by subscribing to our email newsletters which are sent out 8-14 times annually. Subscribe now!
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied only to orders in the state of Arkansas. Sales tax is the current, local rate.

Basic Search
The basic search function allows you to enter all (or part) of the Product Name, Product SKU Number or the Manufacturer’s Part Number to help locate a specific product.
Advanced Search
The advanced search feature checks all of the fields that the basic search does, as well as the description and price if you so choose. You can also narrow your search criteria by product types and/or entity, and can choose to have product pictures shown for the search results.

Whether you are looking for gifts for birthday, the Holiday Season, or maybe to outfit a room in your home, the Gift Registry can help keep your friends and family on the same page. The Gift Registry is a sharable shopping cart. Send your Gift Registry link to one or many people and never get duplicate gifts – each item comes off of your Gift Registry as it is bought.
I put products in my shopping cart, but it says my cart is empty. Why?
We use Cookies to keep track of the items you add to your Shopping Cart. If after adding an item, you receive the message "Shopping Cart Empty", you probably have Cookies turned off on your browser.
A cookie is your personal identification file, a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a web page server. Cookies cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. We use it to store Shopping Bag information on your computer.
